......And so through the night a couple of guys kept cleaning up the bird and below are pictures of a healthier looking animal. Also, the colours have come through so much better which has made it possible to identify this bird as a 'European Roller'. An earlier post also shows some of these birds which, apparently fly over Oman in spring time.
There were two of these European Rollers yesterday but today there is only one. The other one dissappeared during the night. May God have mercy on it's soul.
